(I will add a photo as soon as the snow clears enough to do it justice.) Gerald's team did some front walk patio stone work in April 2014, for which I'd paid cash... in 2 installments, the 2nd made out to his wife! It looked great for almost 5 years. I asked him for a quote on a redo this past Sept., & he came out Oct. 31st to assess and measure. After multiple phone calls, texts, and emails, I feel it safe to assume he has no intention of doing the required repair. He clearly does not stand behind his workmanship. I am since retired and can ill afford to start over.
