purchase Navien tankless hot water heater almost 10 years ago and installed by friend/private plumber - issues with device not working consistently April 2020 and quotes were pandemic prices so waited - warranty almost up and pandemic prices better so contacted a list of recommended installers from Navien as warranty still applied and get new unit for no cost - Reid brothers came in at reasonable price and able to service promptly - initial office contact went well, service people were great both for inspection with quote and during removal with install plus additional permits - follow up for warranty credit needs more work as we contacted Reid brothers 2 weeks, 4 weeks then weekly to get rebate cheque which was hand delivered under duress 2 months after install - other admin issues was follow up call day of asking about install from yesterday and getting arrive late call when not expecting service but expecting rebate cheque

We ordered a flatbed truck to move this storage container we had on the property. The container would be moved to a different property. Upon arrival the driver realized their truck may not be adequate but wanted to try anyway. There were many issues but the container got onto the flatbed and onto the driveway. Unfortunately the truck with container was not able get out of the driveway. A tow truck was called to aid the flatbed and provide additional support to get on the road. The wait time was minimal and no additional charge was done. The container eventually made it to the other property with nominal issue.

we were looking for woodchips for mulch for our garden - this place has truck loads of the stuff as byproduct from their general business - they package and hold the items for general use - lots of other nice items for sale and services but we've stuck with the woodchips for the garden and farm use

we have been using this company for many years - the customer service is excellent over the phone and in person - the regular payment system is updated with better changes to come with technology being implemented - they have a service and do it well

The toilet overflowed and stopped working. The septic had issues. We need toilet services. This is a local company with a reasonable price. While we had extra service monthly which cost extra at least one monthly service was included in the price. Eventually we got the septic fixed so stopped the rental but it was a good experience even during the heat of summer.

We dealt with an installer from/for the Vancouver location. We got them to assemble and install a sit/stand workstation. The minimum charge is for one hour even if it takes less time. Courteous, knowledgeable and thorough service provider.

we were putting in garden beds - we need to dig a large area - this company was listed in the directory as somewhere close by - they had the equipment at a reasonable price - we got the work done in less than half the time and effort so the cost was worth it - nice people who are local - company is expanding so we check back often when our needs arise before going to other companies

We are treated fairly and reasonably with great price points. We have not had any issues as long as we openly communicate and don't expect more than our fair share.

had various vacuum parts and pieces but not a whole vacuum - didn't know where to go for parts - very nice customer service so we brought our other vacuums for repair/renew - lots of selection - may look like hole in the wall but great overall vacuum place

This is a large store on a busy street. It has a wide selection of appliances for all your household needs. We went in there looking for a stove and fridge. They have a one year warranty and work great. If you're not picky and like reusing this is the place for your and your pocketbook. Nice employees too.

we had a great relationship starting out with this company - they were friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and had all the tools and experience then we went into a verbal contract with the company - this did not end well - when we consulted others about this company we found that their service was not always as good as our experience and we were getting the short end of the stick at the moment coupons can be good and they have lots out there - make sure to get things in writing and consult with local authorities to ensure you don't get dinged for their shoddy work after the contractor left

this is a marvelous store with many helpful items and people we started using this water service store as a self-pick up, they had a stamp card and we were in their computer system, the staff were friendly and gracious we moved from the area so we started using their home delivery service, we were shocked that they would deliver such a distance for not much more than self-pick up they have an open communication attitude and are willing to go that extra mile - literally

this is an environmentally friendly company who understands about the bottom line and pinching pennies all staff (sales, finance, contractors) are friendly and helpful - estimates and paperwork prior to starting the job are really important to ensure that everything is in place for the big move in day and this company realizes that we always get an estimate for any big jobs

this is a great little company that is just what we needed for our move - they have boxes of all sizes and types - they have paper, peanuts and various other items to help with any size move or mail out the service is great from the front desk, sales people to the warehouse personnel - open to listening to what you need and matches to what they have

I have done business with Best Buy on a retail level but their Geek Squad keeps me coming back. This is only one instance where they were outstanding. We purchased a laptop. It was brand new and we were not sure if we could competently install the new operating system and/or software. We were able to work out a deal with the purchase price and warranty so that installation was reasonable and guaranteed with DISKS. We keep going back because of the service, openness, helpful staff and great atmosphere.

trying to be self-sufficient still requires you to have a community to learn from and grow from - this is a great organization that has multiple locations to help you in your self-sufficiency journey they have farm animal food and items, 4H type items and just knick-knacky things that are country related plus some strange animal things - ex. hamster potty training kit check it out and help out your local farmers as it's open to all

gases can be difficult to source depending on your use and amount - this place answered all our needs and they are a reasonable price we wanted to use gas on a regular basis but didn't want a large monthly cost - this place met our needs - we had to set up an account but it was easy enough they have other items as well

we have tremendous weeds in our garden and lawn area - we searched high and low for a device that turns out the weed (specifically dandelions) from the root area not just the top - we found some devices that could do the job but they were too flimsy or expensive or both - this location has it all - gardening, canning, electrical and sometimes construction - a great local all in one handy store

varied reward and coupon/discount programs will entice those who are going to spend big on their home garden or beautifying their home inside and out helpful staff, knowledable displays, seasonal items and a great store layout will have you coming back whenever you have the need or want for your living space

there's a reason most of downtown has these fine employees roaming the streets to keep vancouverites safe - they have stars on their payroll they have those who are not so star worthy but the main company is pretty knowledgable about their employees and if you need the people person type they can provide which is what we needed

we have bad experiences with this company; they did the work but there were miscommunication issues with the boss which led to issues with the city they do good work but make sure to be very clear and don't forget about getting everything in writing and check with your city as well

we have an old house with interesting plumbing issues; the downstairs bathroom sink was not draining; we tried to fix it ourselves and made it worse so that it drained too much the plumber was understanding and even walked us through what we did wrong; he also had some fun trying to figure out the best way to help us as the previous owner glued and screwed in the sink and built the cabinets and counter around the sink so it couldn't be easily fixed by the plumber if you can get this company to help (as they are very busy) it is well worth the money

after lengthy reviews with various companies this was the one which was best suited for our needs at this time; the installers were courteous and welcoming with all the our questions; the follow up for more questions and concerns were handled well; this should be a great relationship
