I hired to do my lawn maintenance as he was doing my neighbors. I was extremely happy with his staffs performance for the last 2 years. There were no issues we would chat when he came over and i believed everything was perfect. I could not figure out why this year he has not come to do the lawn work. Well it appears he was angry with me and figured he would not come nor would he tell me he is not coming to do the work. Very Childish ! His claim as of tonite is that i did not pay him -- i sent him copies of his invoices and copies of the electronic transfer payments to match those invoices. On 1/2 the occasions he cashed the money the same time i got the invoice. Now after 2 years he claims i did not pay him $180 from 2 years ago and again $180 for this year. This is now 1 year later and i never heard of this situation. His last email was Dec 2018 and there again was no mention of outstanding invoices. Very poor customer service ! So he wont do the work and did not tell me he wont be doing it !

Julian and his worker worked very hard. Turned out that the rain did not stop while they were doing the work. They did not stop either. We had them do the eaves + windows inside and out, + screens. They have not finished yet, but i am writing a review because these young men are great. I will get them back in the spring again. I am satisfied with the work - can see out of the windows and clean screens sure make a difference. He cleaned all the ledges and when he pulled the sofa away from the window asked me for a broom . HE even swept the floor from where the chipmunks made a mess. Good work -- glad we gave you the business.

Company Response

It was our pleasure to do so. We usually stop with the rain but we felt the service could still be done with the light rain. We knew you would appreciate the work done in any condition.

Those chipmunks sure love your sunroom, as anyone would! Look forward to the spring

Kind Regards,
Julian
