iLandscape was recommended to me by a landscape designer who showed me how my 30' lot could be turned into a garden oasis. The company's owner, Richard, provided us with a clear and comprehensive quote that was backed by a two year guarantee on all work and plant materials. Work started in late October 2012 and went smoothly for the most part. We felt the stone work was being done very nicely with a proper foundation that leveled away from the house. Unfortunately, the elevation at the front of the house was altered so that we needed to add an additional step for which I had to pay out of pocket. The final payment was made in July of 2013. At this point I told Richard that three plants had not made it through the winter and that I would like to have them replaced. He suggested that we wait to see if any other plants don't make it and deal with the lot of them at once. As my warranty period is finishing this October I have been trying to get in touch with Richard. I messaged his phone, called his office number, and left a message on his website but was not contacted in return. I finally reached Richard at his office just over a week ago. He apologized for not contacting me and asked me to provide a list of the plants, which now totaled seven and any other problems I was having in an email to the address he gave me. I prepared the email immediately, including the plant names and the problem that was occurring with the dipping stone work by the fountain. I have received no reply. I emailed again asking for confirmation that my first email was received but have heard nothing back. Many people admire our garden but I could never recommend iLandscape to anyone as I have been brushed off and ignored repeatedly. If Richard has no intention of honoring the contract that he signed then he should make sure to remove the guarantee clause in the future. Shortly after my review went through I was contacted and the plants were replaced. I am mostly satisfied with the work but I still cannot give a good recommendation because of the unreturned phone calls and delays.

We had our flooring done in August. I was very excited about the project because Lehel came across as very knowledgable when he did the estimate. The quote was professional looking and the price was reasonable. The product was delivered as promised and I was assured that the job would take 3-4 days and would therefore be done by the end of the next week. Unfortunately, the work ended up dragging for over 2 weeks because insufficient materials had been ordered. My main concern with the service is that they took our key and have not yet returned it. I have been assured several times over the phone by Susan that the key has not been lost and that I will get it back shortly, but more than a month has passed and I still do not have my key. Also, a cracked piece of trim broke off of our stairs and when I called to report it, I was told by Lehel that someone would call me and come out in the next couple of days. This was three weeks ago. I am not confident that I will be able to receive any after installation service from this company. In fact, I was asked to sign for the balance of my payment by Susan before the job was completed but I refused. I am now very glad that I did not trust them to finish the work after they had been paid. The work is satisfactory overall although I think they should have installed the stairs before the flooring so that the flooring would not have gotten chipped and spots of glue on it. Review update November 16th, 2007. Alliance got in touch with us and fixed the few problems we were having. They also reimbursed us for most of the cost of rekeying our locks. We are happy with our flooring.
