Coleman has been doing our annual service on our 10 y.o. Veismann boiler, just the routine, plus ignition electrode replaced, was all completed in a timely manner Friday am. But the next morning after the guys left there was no hot water, with an F5 code showing, being Saturday we weren't hopeful we would have warm showers for the weekend. I left voicemail on the Coleman office line, a couple hours later Jeff called and said he could drop by later to have a look. He cleared the code fixed the problem - all on a Saturday evening no-charge - thanks for the amazing follow-up and service!
