Replacement roof done in 2012. 25 year roof tile warranty and 10 year labor warranty. After 6 years some shingles blow off in a wind storm. Contacted Ryan for repair , he promised many many times to come and repair it but after 7 weeks of broken promises and only after the rain came through our bathroom ceiling, we had no alternative but to contact another company and our lawyer. Roof repaired by another company. Took 1 1/2 boxes of shingles and less than 1 hour to do. Was it really worth it to your reputation. The customer service from elements roofing is non existent. All this could have been sorted so quickly and easily

25 yer shingles are only warrantied for 130 kms per hr.
I was doing you a favour. You were unfortunately not priority. I was unaware of a leak?? Who are you?? I can't remember a J from Mississauga we didn't eat to. Oh well too late now I guess.

My reputation is impenetrable. The value here at elements is too great. One in a hundred doesn't know how to deal w me. And they sure do make a lot of noise. These sites count on and feed off that btw. The other 99 save a TON and refer me to everyone.
I'll start paying homestars to look good on here if the work runs out.
In 12 years a day has not gone by where I didn't have too much work.
