DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH OCHS. The water heater died after 6 years. Called customer service to get a technician out. And that's when we realized we have a problem. The technical support person is in India and was not familiar with our model. Had no idea how to help so "escalated" the case to be SCHEDULED for a home visit. We have to wait for 48 hours TO SCHEDULE THE SERVICE CALL. They only answer the phone about 20% of the time. I asked for my contract which billing said they would email to me - they didn't. Asked to speak with a manager, which customer service said would call me - they didn't. I was told I have a 10 year contract and CAN'T GET OUT OF IT. Even if their equipment doesn't work. They have their monthly contract and clearly will spend more on their lawyers than on their service. Short termed focused. BE WARNED. OCHS OFFERS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
