As with any new build there are always some items that are incomplete or completed in error at closing. The customer service team who came in post-closing have provided exceptional service. Their team lead stays in contact with us, ensures our concerns are heard and addressed. Note: The approximate cost is put as $1 vs. the cost of our home for privacy reasons. All follow-up customer service was done at $0 cost to us.
