Rude contractor, Mark. Installed a glass shower panel incorrectly. Panel gave way and collapsed and shattered over the entire bathroom. We asked if they could reinstall. Owner would not return our calls. Admin person said they would not help us...and would not reinstall the glass panel. Worst mistake we have ever made. Absolutely zero customer service. Owner of the company - excelled in unprofessionalism. Untrustworthy. Rude. Bad business practices.
