From the beginning the rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We had 4 casement windows installed and are quite pleased with the finished product. The installers were on time and very professional. The installed windows look amazing and the quality of work was well worth the money. I would definitely use Consumer Direct Windows for any future upgrades or replacements.

Ray did a fantastic job. He did everything he said he would do. Very professional and courteous. Ducts cleaned well along with the AC coils and blower. Willing to answer any questions I had and explained everything to me. I'd recommend this company to people I know.
