After getting a quote for $7500.00 I called Darby at Mud Monkeys for a quotation. Needless to say I was thrilled with his quotation. Delroy charged me $60.00 to inspect my over the range microwave. When he couldn't find the part he told me to buy a new one and he would apply the $60.00 to install a new microwave. I purchased a new over the range microwave informed him and to date he has stood me up 3 times with no phone call to reschedule the appointment.

Rob Latour the owner of Reliable Home Comfort and his co-worker Jamie supplied and installed a beautiful Amana High Efficiency Furnace a week ago. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, conscientious, honest and efficient heating and cooling company. Rob and Jamie installed my central air conditioner 3 years ago after getting 2 quotes from their competitors. They were awesome then and awesome again, with their customer service, fair prices and efficient installation. I have continued to use Reliable Home Comfort for my yearly maintenance since then. I found Tios Tubs Inc on Homestars in April 2012 and I'm so happy I did. Tim, the owner is a genius regarding pools and spas. He knows how to repair and replace almost every possible equipment needed to operate a pool and spa efficiently. My pool is 22 years old and of course pumps, sand filters etc. needed replacement. He's always available and always makes me feel that my calls are no problem. I have dealt with several pool companies over the years and when the season gets busy their attitudes change and they become very difficult to do business with. His office is organized by his partner Kat and between the two of them along with the great staff they have it's a win/win in everyway! I would recommend their services without hesitation!! I purchased an Obara Hot Tub from this company a few years ago and the Customer Service has been a nightmare and then I heard they went out of business. They don't return calls once they have your money in full and the owner is a rude obnoxious individual. My advice is,'stay away from Obara' unless it has new owners who know how important follow-up customer service is.
