Long time client. Last service call for A/C was not up to the standard we are use to. No 'booties' were worn while walking in an out of house over carpeted areas, No record of this visit noted on 'Log' which is affixed to the furnace, N o copy of any service report was left with us. An electronic initial was required on I-pad without any explanation of what was done. Service person did provide suggestion to change air filter on furnace before our Fall service but when asked if he provided those filters, the response was 'we don't offer the type you use'. Previous history with this company has always been very positive.
