From consultation through installation everyone associated with Reliable earned top grades. Dave M. came to inspect a leakage and after a lengthy search, discovered the problem. He gave a number of options and certainly did not engage in a hard sell. Quite the opposite. Installation was performed by Jaime and Peter who did a great job - but more than that, they were friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. One more thing - recently my Mother In Law's AC broke down. She was quoted over $4,000 by another company for the sale and installation of a new unit. I told the story to Dave who went to see her and spent a couple of hours (without charging the exorbitant $150-$200 that other companies charge for a consultation). He eventually found the problem and ordered a part and her AC is now working fine. Total cost? $250 all in. Great service by people who really seem to care.

Frank went above and beyond the call of duty. He was thorough and even repaired a kitchen cabinet that had been giving us trouble for years. He was friendly and reasonably priced. Even the dog liked him.
