We contracted Norseman after having serious problems with our original contractor that allowed water into the home during a third story addition. We were concerned about ongoing water damage. They managed to eventually secure the home water coming in through the addition. We also had water water damage to the exterior stucco wall of our house that was addressed by a new roof. We contracted Norseman to fix that water damage. This damage was not fixed properly, and we now have a large crack in the stucco that is letting more water in. They are saying it was from previous poor workmanship, which has yet to be determined, however we contracted them to fix that damage. They are now not standing behind there work, leaving me to deal with the interior water damage, and the exterior stucco.

This custom conservatory provided by Brittania and Solariums Direct has leaked since the first day it was put up. After about a year of coming to try to stop the leaks, they just stopped returning emails and phone calls. I have water damage to walls and floors, and am faced with the prospect of removing the entire sunroom and replacing it with something water tight. Don't lose countless nights sleep like we have.
