Great service. Mark really knows what he's doing and is super professional. Great communication. I had a new wool carpet installed and tried to clean a spot with a product I'd used previously but it didn't work. Mark told me wool cleaning is about ph balance. He left me some product to use for the future. Definitely recommend.

I had a very particular design I wanted for a huge cabinet in a newly built mudroom. Christopher was very helpful with the design for my idea and made suggestions that improved it. I wanted custom paint and handles and OI was very open to working with me on it. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

After a recent break-in, I wanted to quickly remove some overgrown shrubs around the house. The Castor guys came right away and gave me a very reasonable quote. They came back on a rainy day and got the job done. Since they were there, I asked them to give me estimates on some other trees that needed trimming or removal and their prices were the best I'd received so they went ahead with the secondary work as well. Part way through the removal of an old apricot tree, I got cold feet and they responded professionally and sympathetically. My old apricot tree got a much need trim instead and a few more years to live. Thank you!

I heard a sound under my couch. I know what a mouse sounds like and this was no mouse. SWAT couldn't come that night but arranged for someone to come out first thing in the morning before already scheduled appts. Derick lifted up the couch and after a bit of a chase caught and released a squirrel. Thanks. I could never have dealt with this on my own.

I was having some wetness issues in the basement around the main drain clean-out that had been going on for some time. Larry removed the portion of wall around the drain and discovered an incredible mess of badly put together pipes. He explained clearly what needed to be done, quoted me a price, went and go the part and had it all fixed within an hour. I felt completely taken care of and reassured that I won't have drainage issues again. Thanks Larry.

Have used this service before and not been disappointed. the guys are really nice guys - polite, hard-working, friendly. They got the garage done so quickly, we just moved from room to room and finished all the little things that had been driving me bananas. Highly recommend Rent-A-Son.
