Mario came to inspect out basement wall that was leaking water. He explained what was causing it and what our options were. He seemed very knowledgeable on many aspects of the work. His crew came on time and worked for two days to hand dig, seal, and recompact the soil. After many rain storms the wall is dry! Great job

When I contacted Jason, I was impressed by their long experience in painting and staining. It was particularly easy getting a hold of Jason and I was happy that he made himself available anytime to answer my questions. The crew came by early and started work right away. They kept the job site clean and worked efficiently. Overall the job was done within 4 hours. The shed and fence look fantastic! Thanks Jason & crew!

CLI came over to do a walkthrough of the job and provided me a quote within 1 week. Talking with the owner and head electrician, with over 25 years of experience, I was confident that he knew what he was doing. CLI applied for a permit because I had to add a new line. After the permit was issued, work commenced a week later. The crew took care of everything and left the site in a clean condition. They certainly had an attention to detail. The inspection went fine the next week. Highly recommended.

Packing and moving can be a stressful time. Anil (team lead) and crew came by exactly on time (9am) and we had a quick walkthrough to show them the boxes we packed and the furniture to be moved. Some pieces we were not able to pack, the team lead said they would do it. They brought extra materials to finish packing should we need it. When the packing started, we could not believe how fast the boxes and furniture went. The team lead ensured that the truck was packed as efficiently as possible. After about 5 hours they had 2 trucks packed and we headed over to the new house. In the other house, we went through a walkthrough again, this time discussing where the major pieces would go and what the room names would be. I was impressed that the crew remember the small nuances of our furniture and layout in the old house. In another 4.5 hours, they had unpacked both trucks. We mainly directed where certain pieces went, if they had questions. Overall, these guys seem to be fit and have the stamina to ensure a 9.5 hour move. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Ather Hasan, came by today on time and did a heater and air conditioner maintenance. He was very knowledgable and friendly and got the job done within the time allotted. The maintenance is part of the contract I have with Cosmopolitan. He will be coming again in a few weeks for hot water heater maintenance. I am completely happy with the service.

When Paul greeted me at the door he had a very professional attitude. He walked me through the entire process and assured me that the equipment used would not scratch our hardwood floors. His crew quickly got to work on the duct cleaning. I asked about various other services that I might need and he said he would inspect the current state of my equipment. He walked me through the state of the furnace and humidifier in the basement and didn't find anything that needed servicing. He did not charge me extra for this inspection and did not pressure us into getting unneccessary services. The crew finished duct cleaning and sanitization in about an hour. Overall, job well done! I would have them in again in the next cleaning cycle for sure.
