Legal Basement Apartment Permit Plans and Approval
I hired MD Building Designs to complete a drawing and obtain approval from the City of Toronto for a Legal Basement Apartment. Morteza was extremely professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. He addressed all my questions and concerns and was able to obtain approval from the City within a week! I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future.
