Quotation for the work was clear and concise. The price was high, but Alex Devlin did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. The completed work undertaken by Devlin drywall was excellent. I would use this contractor again.

Thank you for your review, and I agree, our estimates are higher than most, but that's because we put significantly more effort into every job we do. I am personally attached to every job ensuring the work from our crew is of top quality and to my expectations of my guys. Also, I am the quality control, I board and tape with the best of them and am very picky when it comes to quality and my crew knows this, and they also know I will come back to every job to make sure of it. This is what sets us apart from other contractors who will price jobs a little cheaper, because they just stuff boarders and tapers into the jobs without any care, and basically wait to hear if there are any complaints. Where I get in there like a dirt shit and prevent any issues and fix them before they become a touch up. 9.5/10 times we don't have to come back for touch ups, because after I've gone through behind my guys, there isn't any.
And this speeds up the job, and the painters are always happy they can just get their job done without waiting for a drywall contractor to come back.
And as the saying goes, get it done right the first time.
