At first seems like a decent company , gives you a good price to get the HOOK ON , After you pay deposit , he changes the terms and scope of work / wants more monies to continue/ demands that you pay him in full up front or he walks , building inspector not impressed with Workmanship poor , NO stamp on temper glass he provided as required by ministry of consumers /Building department ended up spending over $3,000.00 more just to adjust /add to pass and get occupancy permit Vasile

Run away as fast as you can! Offers good prices and makes big promises but is completely incompetent. After you give him your deposit 1/3 , the agreed scope of work and price changes , he them threatens not to come back and finish without full payment in advance prior to completing the job , crazy The work is so sub-standard that I want to cry. him Make a long story short he has not completed the project already paid him over $20,000., won't return text or calls and left me haggling, hiring another contractor to correct and finish off his work costing me thousands more. Do yourself a favor and run away from this guy as fast as you can!!!
