Dave and his team were professional from the first quote all the way to arranging payment. Dave came to my place 4 (!) times to do estimates and each time he patiently explained all the work that should be done, could be done and must be done. He didn't mind that I asked him to come out 4 different times to make sure I knew what I wanted done. Each time he revised the estimate. His price was more than fair and when I finally chose an estimate, he got started on the work right away. His team was professional, the job was done quickly and the work looks great. It rained the whole week after and my basement is completely dry! I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thanks Dave for making a necessary evil a somewhat enjoyable experience. I appreciate all your advice!
