My garden used to have gravel path that wasn't done properly, so it has literally become a summer weed path for the past 2 years. So I hired Always Reliable to do 800sqft interlock + 600sqft mulch, plus weed removal on all the area (some of the weeds were 1 meter tall...) Always Reliable has been responsible throughout ever since we established contact - I was able to reach them both by message and phone and Sam's been very responsive. From the job perspective, Dave is very easy to work with. He is generally on time, provided very useful suggestions for how to work, and was at the jobsite every day to ensure key work steps were completed correctly. The materials / equipments were delivered on time, there were no delays, I was able to see concrete progress everyday, and in the end the job was completed reasonably smoothly in a week. Lastly, the workers cleaned up the site pretty well and I was pretty much able to enjoy my new backyard right after. Overall, I'm very happy about the work Always Reliable did, and would recommend them if you are looking for a backyard job. Thank you for the good work!

I live in a place where there are multiple large trees (80cm+ diameter) on my property and I was worried that some of them are dying and branches may fall through the roof! So I started looking around, and that's where I found Upanoak. Darryl arrived a few minutes early for quote, which is rare for any contractor. He gave a survey of the land and provided very good suggestions on works to be done. I especially liked the fact that he did not suggest cutting down all 3 trees like others I've asked, but asked me to be cautious of the local regulations. I ended up choosing him over the other 2 I checked with. On the day of, Darryl's team arrived earlier than expected, and was very professional as they worked from 8:30AM to 6PM straight without much break to get the work complete, and I'm very happy about the results. Overall Darryl has been very responsive throughout the process, knows his stuff very well, and I feel it's a pleasure working with him. I will definitely hire him again for the future.

We've had a bad contractor who disappeared half way through out reno job, which left us with a half-broken fireplace and an ugly wall. This is when we found Williams. I have to say he is a fantastic man to work with - he was extremely responsive, very passionate with his work, knows his stuff well, and very professional in what he does. His team accomplished all milestones following his promised timeline, and we were invited to his shop for design discussions and showcasing along the way. He even personally came in to help his workers on a few occasions. Overall, the process has been very smooth, there were no surprises, and we are extremely happy with our final product - it's now a warm and welcoming wall instead of the ugly hole the previous contractor left behind. My new house was left in a half-finished state after my contractor disappeared without finishing his work, which left me very worried about the state of electricity at my house. On the initial call, Carmelo was very quick to respond, sounded very welcoming, and explained everything really well even before the job started. He was also responsive to all my inquiries within the subsequent days, had no issue with me rescheduling once, and was very transparent about the cost and his scope of work, and provided very helpful suggestions. When he arrived for work, Carmelo patiently checked all the wirings within the house, and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. He has high attention to detail, was very knowledgeable, and was able to complete his job very well - he found ways to move our vanity lighting outlet even though our previous (less professional) electrician said that this cannot be done. He is also very dedicated as he stayed much longer than originally expected to completely replace all power receptacles and switches in our house. Afterwards, he sent me a very detailed invoice, clearly outlining his cost structure, which gave me even more confidence. Thank you very much for the good job Carmelo! Your high rating is definitely justified, and I'd look out to you again in the future if I have any other electricity needs.
