Winter on the north dhire csn mean pests. My small business had a foul smell and then some flies. I called Canadian pest control and they sent someone over to find the dead rat in my ceiling. A situation like this can shut my business down for days if not dealt with properly. Thank you fir doing a great job. Luckily I have not needed them back.
My small Business on the north Shore required a plumber for the bathroom sink ASAP. They were friendly prompt & very efficient! I operate a 1 person facility and don't have the luxury of shutting down for plumbing issues. I was very appreciative of the very prompt service
we had 4 of our area carpets cleaned. They came out very fresh looking.Ecofresh didn't leave any unpleasant odors. they were also in our condo building cleaning the indoor & outdoor carpets. They were thorough and effecient. We were very happy with this service

We had 6 pieces matted and framed within a 3 month period. I believe his name is Peter or is it Philip. He did a great job assisting us. He photo copied all the written measurements which proved to be extremely valuable. Of of the 6 pieces only 1 of them was mis-measured. Luckily he provided us with the photocopied measurements that he wrote on our behalf. He corrected the matte and framing. We will continue to use Davie Art for our framing needs.
our strata used Olde English Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing for our annual window cleaning. The sub contracted window cleaner accidentally scratched 5 of our windows. Very deep scratches. THe owner of the company came by to assess our windows and was very crass and unapologetic. He was unreasonable and only replaced 3 of the 5 windows. He was unaccountable and unreasonable about the other 2 windows with similar deep scratches. " It is impossible that we scratched any of your windows. We use telescopic poles." When in fact the sub-contracted cleaner was on an extendable ladder that was leaning against our window. At the end of the day he was NOT going to cover the other 2 windows. He went as far as to tell us that he would not cover anything if we didn't take the 3 window replacement he was offering.
We used Titan Window Films to help us decrease the summer heat and to protect our art work and furniture from sun exposure. Ellar McKellar was excellent to work with. They were also very helpful when our windows were being replaced through an insurance claim. The installer NOAH was very personable and gave us great information on how to maintain our film. He helped make us feel very confident with the product and all future service for issues. It has been almost 3 years and Titan Films and Noah have proved to be very reliable for both product and service.
Ali from Zinc Renovations came to my home to provide a quote for my kitchen upgrades. Tile work, cupboard and counter painting. He was very professional during the quote, unlike some of the other contracts providing quotes. He came in well dressed with his business info and measuring supplies in hand. We were very impressed with his professionalism, service, pricing and follow up.
