I bought 2 Garrisons 5 in 1 home comfort systems but the heating does not work, it says it should heat up to 90 degrees, but doesn't do even half that. they sent someone to check them and he said he couldn't do anything to fix them. I called several times and was told he had not sent any report back, I demanded that they tell me to send the report, and then he told them there was nothing wrong with the units, so I told them because he couldn't fix them doesn't mean there is nothing wrong with the units and I asked that a different tech be sent to check them, but they said they would send the same tech who already told me he couldn't fix them to check them again, and if he said he couldn't fix them again, I would have to pay. I told them that is nonsense and they should send a different tech, but they said no. It would be absolutely foolish to have him come back and then tell them he can't fix the units again and then have Trans Global demand money from me. Their customer service stinks.
