About a half year ago, I had this issue at my Garage door where it didn't close properly and the sensor at the bottom kept getting triggered, forcing it to go back up, very frustrating to live with! I got Arjay's number from my father in law and called him. Arjay kindly spent a good 10 minute going over the garage door issue over the phone with me, trying to see if it could be fixed without even booking an appointment :) We learnt that the garage door issue is bigger than what I could fix on my own, and hence Arjay came over next day with his brother to have a close look at it. In the matter of minutes, he figured out the problem (Was something with a spring on the door if I remember correctly), and fixed it. They did enough testing to make sure the defect is completely fixed, and applied some oils to the sides and rails to reduce the noise of the garage door too :) It has been over 6 months since then, and I have not had a single issue with my garage door. Arjay and his crew are professionals, and they value their customer's experience and satisfaction. I would definitely call Arjay again if I get into any issues with my garage door (also other parts of the house), and would recommend them to others as well :)
