Very Impressed with this company !!! They came as promised on a Sunday , committed and went above and beyond to help me, with no extra charge for a Hotwater tank Replacement on a long weekend. Strongly suggest trying them for yourself as other reviews do not do them any justice ,and ask for Sam I reached out to some “professional” companies early this weekend (Friday)because my Hotwatertank wasn’t working , and no one would send someone out till Tuesday or wanted almost $2000 for a Hot Water tank After giving up on Sunday morning, I saw Loomba’s Facebook ad and thought I’d try them.I called and talked to Sam and he guided me over the phone to shut the water off until he could arrange something and would call me back with in 15 mins.While waiting I searched my options online and I saw they had questionable reviews on yelp and yellowpages. Though Sam called me back within 5 mins he said he could come by within the hour, that day. A Sunday. I was concerned and mentioned what I read online and wasn’t comfortable. He mentioned how customer satisfaction was his top priority and to show how mis informed and wrong those reviews were he was happy to come out as promised , at NO CHARGE, and would give all his recommend options at NO obligation . Of course being desperate I thought I’d try them out. Sam told me that the tank leaked (which we knew from all the water in our basement) and needed to be replaced; He quoted me much less than other guys and said he could do it right away. He got the tank and replaced it in about an hour. The part that set him apart and convinced me they need this review was that he , took it upon himself to vacuum out as much water as he could while the tank was draining or being tested !He was amazing . He saved our carpet.He wasn’t in a rush to leave. He made sure we liked the install and were happy with the carpet. There were no additional charges or surprise fees. I was so impressed at his patience, dedication and skill! Will always use them and recommend them to everyone! 5 out of 5 Stars!
