Water from a covered overhead pipe was dripping onto our water heater causing corrosion. We were advised by our furnace company to get it repaired as soon as possible. Raymond came to our rescue the day after we called New Canadian. He was very personable and professional. We appreciated how clearly he explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. Raymond pointed out that the valve supplying water to our furnace humidifier was dripping water because the value was off code and needed to be replaced. As well as replacing the damaged pipe, he purchased a new value and installed it. He went beyond the call of duty and saved us the risk of potential future damage and subsequent cost. The job was done quickly and expertly. Now the leaking has stopped and the humidifier WORKS! We've used New Canadian many times and have never been disappointed.

After the ice storm, it has been so hard to find an arborist -- even at the end of May. We were getting a lot of pressure to attend to the hanging branches. Josh and his crew were able to come by on the day we called! Still can't believe how fast they worked (2 1/2 hours). Efficient, knowledgeable, personable and did a super clean up job. Price was very fair for amount of work done. Surprised that someone actually gave them 8 out of 10. Would rehire them in a heartbeat. They were our miracle team.

This was the second time we used GTA. With the rodent situation in Toronto and finding mice droppings in our home, we knew it was time to do something. We're now protected from attic to basement. We can't say enough good things about Kevin. He's professional, thorough and very friendly. It's not easy to deal with this problem but he puts your mind at ease. We're so glad we found him!

That's how long it took Brock Windows to replace the ugly, drafty, out dated windows in our (1882 built) home. Every step of the job was handled expertly, from Mark the sales rep, who made sure we understood what we were getting and what we wanted, to Raimond (the job foreman) and his crew, who worked tirelessly to install our beautiful, new windows into our crazy house where every centimeter of floor, wall, ceiling and window openings is irregular. It was painful watching him struggle but he completed the job beautifully without complaining once. The clean up was immaculate and we will be forever in his debt for graciously and carefully removing and replacing the transom stained glass windows on both floors! The product is gorgeous -- especially the quality and colour of the exterior paint (baked on?). Triple glazing -- may cost more, but it's the way to go in this climate. There is a HUGE difference in the air quality and the look of our home. For privacy we chose pebbled(?) glass for the kitchen and dining room. It allows natural light in and looks beautiful. Bonus -- they have the best prices around. From consultation to completion, we had expert service all the way. In a day!!! Unbelievable.

Now that our eavestroughs have been put to the test with three recent heavy downpours, we can finally sing the praises of All County Aluminum. There aren’t many contractors whom we could trust more than Serge to get the job done expertly and on time. We still can’t get over how fast the work was done from planning to execution. Our eavestroughs were in such bad shape that we had two mini Niagara Falls, one at the front over the door (!) and another at the back of the house (outside my bedroom window!). To add to our misadventure a flashstorm created a small lake in our basement, which we had to clean up the night before we went on holiday. We learned the hard way how important it is to have good eavestroughs. Now thankfully we have an intelligently designed system that allows us to sleep peacefully during heavy rainstorms and a basement that stays dry. Serge knows EVERYTHING about eavestroughs from design to materials, to proper downspout placement and width, to leaf guards (highly recommended if you have tall trees close to your home). Bonus – he has the workers to do the job professionally and efficiently. The clean up was immaculate. I can’t say enough good things about this company (and owner). And how could I forget – at a very reasonable price!

To say this job was complicated would be an understatement. But today we have the most beautiful, well crafted and professional looking sunroom imaginable. Now we can always be outdoors -- even in Winter -- within the comfort of our own home. Whenever we decide to renovate, our three main concerns are cost, dependability and trust. We found Joe Demarco accommodated those concerns in abundance. He works within your budget, hires the best crew, allays any worries you have immediately -- and RETURNS YOUR PHONE CALLS! Miraculously he always had a solution for any "surprise" that came up. This is a family run business that has been around for 30 years. Joe stays up to date with all the best quality materials available and the companies that provide them. We're still in awe of the workmanship. After talking to seven different companies, we know without ANY doubt that we made the right choice. And it was worth every penny!

Without any hesitation we would give Todd and Matthew 10 out of 10. Friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They were on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, and left our property spotless. The bonus was that the price was very affordable. Our beautiful, silver maple looks wonderful. Can't thank them enough for the excellent work they did in a very confined space.
