My treadmill is a brute that weights 250 lbs., for just the base. No way we could get it down the stairs to the basement. Two Men and a Truck made quick work of the job and at a great price. Both guys were friendly and courteous. I am very happy with the job they did. Warning: Watch out for "Admistrative fees". What I thought was a deposit to hold my booking time, turns out is actually an "Admistrative fee" and is not refundable, nor included as a line item in the quote. It is a true hidden fee that was not properly explained at the time of my quote. My rating drops 2 stars in each review category because of that.

Sahand did a great job unstalling door casing and baseboards in a room we renovated in our basement. Everything fits tight and joints are precisely cut. Sahand thoughly cleaned up the work site when he was done. All work was completed on schedule, at the quoted price. We are very satisfied with the job.

Our 16x20 basement room had walls drywalled but no ceiling. AR insulated and drywalled the ceiling with potlighting then taped, mudded, sanded and painted all of the walls and the ceiling. Walls and ceiling are all very smooth and the paint job looks great. The job was very well done and done in a very short time and it was completed on the schedule we agreed to. All of AR's workers were friendly, easy to work with and cleaned up the job site very well. They took extra care to make sure the potlights were positioned in the right places and had to reroute wires to do it. We are very happy with the results.
