I put in an online request, and the plumber came the very next day. Originally, I wanted just to replace a faucet cartridge, but the plumber found some faulty valves underneath that faucet (which he showed me to prove that he was not making it up). Both were repaired swiftly and done well. He cleaned up everything before leaving. Very satisfied.

The technician kept me informed of his projected arrival time, due to unexpected delays caused by a traffic problem. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door, showed me what was broken (to prove that his diagnosis was correct), found out what caused it to be broken, and fixed both the cause and what was broken quickly. The price was reasonable.

The roofers are very courteous and they did a beautiful job with my roof, causing me no trouble during the process. The owner is very attentive to my every needs and is always available when there is any issue to be addressed, with excellent follow up. I also have other friends who have had good experience with this roofing company. Their estimator is one of the most honest I have encountered. Highly recommended.

I have asked Jasen to fix various things around the house, from plumbing to carpentry, to jack hammering out concrete and filling concrete back in afterwards. Jasen is very responsive with emails and phone calls, and has so far done everything to my complete satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable about home maintenance.

I have had Klondike carry out several repair and maintenance type of services at my home. Every time, the work was done to my satisfaction, and they are always great and timely with communication.
