I needed a new deadbolt for my front door and Rado walked me through all the options, first on the phone and then via text (which I prefer). He was patient with all my questions and did not push me to buy a deadbolt from him. Rado was kind, prompt, and professional. I will definitely use Locksmith Express again!

The Hoerner crew were professional and courteous. They addressed my concerns and fixed my problems. I appreciated the hand-holding over the phone as I was stressed about the whole incident. My mind was put at ease and I was satisfied with the service.
