Got quoetes from a few contractors and in the end went with Ferguson Electric to get our panel upgraded and install underground wiring for an upcoming Swim Spa. Cleve explained what needed to be done and required sequence, providing options to keep project costs within our budget. Looking forward to calling Cleve back this spring for the final connections once the Swim Spa arrives!

After getting quotes from a number of contractors we selected AD Holmes as they were able to provide a good solution without going over board to build a PCV deck/boardwalk around our trees and concrete patio for an upcomming Swim Spa, along with a wooden fence. Andrew walked us through the process, provided good options to keep project costs within our budget and sourced required materials. Once started work was done quickly and tradesmen were receptive to feedback for minor adustments. We're looking forward to calling them back this spring to build a connecting platform and steps once the Swim Spa arrives!

We contacted supreme doors to have the weather stripping and sweeps replaced on our exterior doors and garage doors in preparation for winter. These guys know there stuff, they used the best possible products and went above and beyond what I might have been able to do myself - adjusting the doors, hinges and locks as needed to make sure we got the best possible seal. They even came back to finish all the small stuff without any hassle; and followed up to make sure all was in order.

We had hardwood installed across our ground floor and the staircase redone to match - it was a full week of work, everything from moving furniture, demolition, installation and cleanup. The staff are very professional, take a lot of pride in what they do, pay attention to detail and super accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more.
