They prepared the stairs with no issue but didn't complete install and keep giving me the runaround when I ask them to finish or refund some of the price. I spent a lot of time with the estimator confirming what would be done but now I'm stuck in this "he said / she said" loop between the estimator, installer, office person and can't get it resolved. It sucks because the stairs are nice but the follow up after installation really ruined my opinion of them.
