We were nervous about renovating our condo bathrooms because we'd had mixed experiences with renovators before. We seem to be more particular about things being right than some contractors. But Belyea Bros. did not disappoint. In fact, we were amazed to find the entire project pleasant from start to finish. Peter and Vlad, the contractors assigned to us by Belyea, performed way beyond our expectations, not just with their excellent work but with their good humour and reliability. We felt as if friends had undertaken the job for us -- highly skilled, hard-working friends. Working in a condo comes with its own special professional requirements, and Belyea Bros. delivered faultlessly. As we look at our new bathrooms, we marvel not only at how beautiful they are, but at the happy collaboration we had in getting there.

Malcolm (aka Skip) built two vanities and a medicine cabinet for us. We had some unusual issues to work with -- two of the pieces had to be easily removable for access to plumbing -- but he came through with creative solutions that work and look great. He worked quickly and was very pleasant to work with.
