New to Ottawa, I was looking for someone to assist in a major home renovation including an update to our home's foundation weeping system and installation of concrete walls for a new garage and basement. Jeff was hired to prepare the foundation for a garage addition. For context, I enjoy renovations and have done a fair bit in the past. But concrete formwork is unique and challenging as this stuff weighs approximately 4,000 lbs a cubic yard. Get it wrong and you can be in a heap of trouble. In total, just under 40,000 lbs of concrete was poured with first-class professionalism. The project was completed on-time and on-budget, with not a hint of stress. Amazingly, Jeff completed the project totally on his own - an indication of this work-ethic, knowledge and skill. A real pro. Well done, Jeff!
