Bill is our go-to guy for any job that we can't do ourselves. We needed someone to take out old dishwasher which had been a problem for the guy installing it initially, so anticipated it would be difficult to get out. Not a problem for Bill, and he installed our new one. He also took countertop off of bathroom vanity and replaced it for us. I didn't anticipate any problem there, but he had to alter the plumbing in order for the drain to match up. Anyhow, all that to say that we're very satisfied with the work he did today, and have always been happy with any of the work he's done for us previously. Even when it's a small job, he manages to fit us into his schedule.

I have used Vail Renovations twice now after seeing the work done for our son. Bill, the owner, is great to deal with and takes pride in doing a good job. I have a couple more things I want to have done, nothing major, and I plan to use Vail again. A lot of contractors aren't interested in taking the smaller jobs, but Bill always manages to fit those in to his schedule.

Came highly recommended by our son, who had used Vail for a few renovations at his home. We needed to replace eavestroughing and fascia on our back porch, so contacted Vail. We are very pleased with the work done, and we have a couple more smaller projects lined up to be done within the next month or two. A great find!
