For nearly 20 years I have been wanting to move an air duct located in the middle of the house which was in an awkward place. A kitchen reno finally prompted me to get it done. I researched companies on HomeStars and found the reviews of Airpoint to be very reassuring. A very helpful representative came out to assess the situation and offer a quote, which was very reasonable. I needed the work done quickly and this company was very accommodating. The team that did the work were very efficient. They even noticed a leaky pipe in the ceiling that I was un aware of and repaired it. I would gladly recommend this company to others.

I couldn't possibly be any happier with this company. The owner himself came out for the initial consultation and gave great advice as to which unit to install. Darryl did the installation flawlessly and tidied up every spec from the work areas inside and out. He then patiently explained how to set and use the new thermostat. The service was punctual and the final price was exactly as quoted. Everyone was friendly and professional. And the new furnace is working beautifully. Great job!

This morning the furnace stopped heating. After lots of time wasted getting the runaround from Direct Energy, not even able to BOOK a diagnostic appointment, I gave up and called AFG. Rafi appeared just over an hour later (I couldn't even get D.E. to reply to a phone call that fast ! ). He explained what he was doing as he diagnosed the problem and quickly narrowed it down to a high probability of being the controller panel. With an unusual brand of furnace, he tracked down a replacement part in Richmond Hill !! Once he had the part, he drove all the way back downtown and had the new part installed quickly. He checked all the other parts to ensure everything else was working properly. The house is now nicely warming up. My repair options were carefully explained before work began so that I was able to make informed decisions. The repair was, by far, cheaper than replacing a 7 year old furnace. Rafi was very personable and helpful. The work comes with 3 month warranty on labour and one year on parts, which seems very reasonable. Very pleased with the service and I'd recommend this company to friends.

Cuma and his crew did a great job of removing the old 1950's faux stone cladding from the front of the house and replacing it with stucco. The house looks completely refreshed and contemporary. It's difficult to choose colour from small swatches so it's a good idea to paint a large sample board and look at it in all light variations before selecting the stucco colour. Cuma patiently dealt with all my concerns and responded promptly to every communication. The job was completed exactly in the time estimated and with an excellent quality level of finish.

The pillars supporting a very old porch were 10 years overdue for reconstruction. Andy and his crew carefully braced the roof and got the old pillars down and removed. The newly-built ones are perfect! Andy was quick to respond to any communications and answer all questions. The job estimate was completely accurate with no surprises. The job work site was left spotless when complete even though it had been raining and could have been a muddy mess. I would highly recommend this company. They're very professional and do great work.
