Shannen and Tim were great to work with. Shannen’s e-Mails, FB messenger comments and phone calls were prompt and full of detailed information and responses. Tim listened to our questions and explained everything to us, before and during and after the install da Tim and Mark showed up on time and the install proceeded without a hitch, cleaning up as they went along. Plastic sheeting was covered over things to keep dust and debris from falling on it.  I saw a broom and a vacuum being used too. Plywood was placed on the grass to avoid wearing down a trail in it. Very articulate workmanship and attention to detail.  You can see the pride in what they do. The products, a TRANE XC95m fully modulating furnace, Trane XL1050 Wifi Thermostat, Honeywell HE150 Humidifier and Hoyme controlled air-flow dampeners.  All working harmoniously and installed to work right the first time.
