Tony is very knowledgeable and equally personable. He answered all calls promptly, arrived when he said he would, explained what he could do and what he would not do. He explained the value of the information. With the report, he gave information to us on what we could safely remediate ourselves and what we would be best served by hiring a professional. He was very ethical, respectful with my 88 year old mother's concerns about her home. He proved with his instrumentation and infrared moisture identifying tools, where the weaknesses were and how we could fix it. His experience was obvious, but I think his personality and willingness to explain, makes him the best in his business. Thanks Tony!
