I never write reviews but this experience has been the worst ever! A sales rep came to our house for gave us a quote for interior and exterior window cleaning as well as tracks and screens, said they had equipment for cleaning the tracks and the screens would be washed outdoors with soap and water and that rained is used on the windows. we were told a crew of 2-3 people would come and were told they would come between 9-12. I took a day off work so I could be here when they arrived. Only 1 guy showed up and that was at 12:30. he did the exterior windows and proceeded to do the interior windows, took the screens off and cleaned them with the dirty clothe he used to wipe his squeegee and did this in the house not with soap and water outside as was promised. when he was done he we asked why the tracks weren't cleaned. He advised that they don't do that, when asked about the rainX he advised that the company does not use that. We called the company and complained, they apologized and said they were going to send out someone to redo everything. I took another day off work to wait for them to redo the windows. The same 1 guy came and seemed confused as to why he was there, he was told to go to Canadian tire to buy some equipment to redo everything, he told us the company didnt provide training and that he had only been there once and that he was going to do the same job he did last time. We told him not to bother because he want going to provide the service promised. We called and complained and we transferred from one person to another then to the sales rep who came to the house. he did not help at all. A lady from the billing dept called and demanded we pay the full amount $400 even though the service we were promised was not provided. she said she was the TOP person and there was no one else above her we could speak to. We asked for recording of the phone conversations as she advised us they had them and she didn't provide them. we told her we would pay for the window cleaning but not for the screen or track cleaning as they were not done and she refused. Even the window cleaning was messy, dirty water drops were left on the window ledgesI have sent emails and have even called the customer service dept and have not heard back, they keep sending us emails and calling us threatening to send it to collections. I work in customer service and I can safely say that they have by far the worst ever.
