Ken Sproule in Georgetown

From the very Ist time I called this company to the estimate to the confirmation of move date and then on to the move on Sept 28th, they have shown absolute professionalism. 10 stars all the way. The moving crew was awesome and courteous, a real fine group of young men. Could not be happier with the entire job. I had never heard of Firemen Movers until they were recommended by my real estate agent. He had used them for his own move. By the way, the final bill was 100 dollars less than the estimate. Changed all the windows in my house.Seal is gone in one piece of glass.Have had 3 rude calls from vinybuilt. Where did they get my number. Still have no window. It is now September. Anthony and Mike are two of the best local contractors that I have ever dealt with. I dealt with you,not vinybuilt.You deal with them.Do not give your customers numbers to these people. They don't care about your company or your companies customers. A total reach of privacy laws. 64 years I this town and I picked you. Please don't let me down.Been waiting for an answer since May. My warranty says lifetime on parts and labour, yet vinybuilt wants to charge me 125.00 for some service all for what reason that has never been explained to me.
