What a great experience! We reached out to City Vacuum on Homestars about installing a central vac outlet in our unfinished basement. Javid was willing to come to our home within less than 24 hours. Javid was friendly, professional and fair. Francis and Nabeel completed the duct cleaning today. I called them in Sunday, they called me back on Monday and booked an appointment promptly. They arrived on time, we're very respectful of our home by taking their shoes off and turning off all the lights when they finished. It was impressive to watch the intensity with which they work. They we're working non-stop for about 1 hour. Nabeel and Francis were very thorough even fixing things from the previous owners of the home. They gave us honest advice about what we need to do, should do and don't need to do. The price was extremely competitive and I will recommend A & F ductworks to my friends / family. My oven stopped working. Rosario called me the next day and came to do an initial assessment. He was able to quickly identity the source of the issue. When Rosario called Samsung to order the part required, they told him that the part was no longer in production. Rosario took it upon himself to search the market for an alternative solution. He was able to obtain an even better part and installed it quickly. The oven works like brand new. I would recommend this company for all home appliance repair. The service is fast and the price is fair.
