In July this year we paid for our wood floors to be refinished and baseboards reinstalled and a staircase also refinished. The 2week job was not nearly finished after 3 weeks - we actually moved out of the house to allow Farid lots of space. When he promised to finish we left on a 2week vacation with his promises of a great job to come home to. Instead we arrived with not a single day's work put in. Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from this contractor. He still has our baseboards and house key. Nothing but broken promises.
