We have a 20+ year old beam central vacuum system that was missing a hardwood floor attachment. This store had it and multiple other ones in stock. Ok display, with the attachments all placed in a bin. The salesperson helped us find what we were looking for.
Went here looking for a dishwasher. Great service with the sales person going over a brief overview of each of their dishwashers. Large amount of stock, and they would order if they didn't have the one you were looking for. Ultmately bought a bosch. Had a good price with no haggling.
ordered berber for 9 basic stair, from ground floor to basement. this was the cheapest for removal, carpet and installation. no issues were encountered. the job was done within 2 hrs.
called this company, and the same day, they sent eddy to give an estimate. eddy stayed for over an hour, and went over the furnace/ac system of a house we had just bought. he didn't try to upsell us to a larger size, and gave the most competitive quote for american standard ac system. work was done the next week.
recently moved into a home. soon realized that there was an animal in the attic. Gates came within 2-3 business days, and gave their honest opinion on how to fix the roof/who to call before they could come out again to give a quote and get rid of the squirrel problem. they finished the job, and came back out once more after at our request to ensure that the squirrel really had gone. update: we kept hearing the squirrel and gates came out multiple times to say there was no way for a squirrel to gain access. they stated it might be mice. however, my husband eventually found the hole where the squirrel was coming into the house. gates then came and finished the job, they had found 2 more holes where the squirrel was coming in. hopefully this is the end of it.
