Home Inspection for Tarion Year-end report
This was second time we hired Phil for our new home 1-year inspection. Last time was 19 years ago. As expected he performed very good job and is so professional and efficient with details for everything for new home inspection. We have received all necessary reports for Tarion's Year-end report, and also additional full report for our personal record. He explained and answered all the questions or concerns we had.
