Company provided great service and repair person was punctual, and quick to get our Nest thermostat to function after I guess I bumbled the initial Try to install. I will definitely use them in the future.

Mark's crew finally made it here after sitting in traffic due to an accident that delayed them by almost 2 hrs. They still cheerfully did their work. They were clean and left no mess. I would highly recommend Mark and his company. They were also very honest which was like a breath of fresh air to me. In some spots we had zero insulation. we could immediately feel the difference. Thanks Mark.

Reza the sales rep was very informative and not pushy at all. The only negative I can say about him was that he said it takes just a few hours for the installation, it took over 10 hours. We purchased a tankless water heater and a Carrier two-stage variable speed furnace. The installation was less than two weeks ago and we have had service out to us twice already. One a hose was cracked and furnace was leaking. the second time we lost hot water. We hope that was repaired. A pipe was cracked and an air vent was put in as well. I cannot really put the blame on them for the faulty equipment. I don't believe it was faulty workmanship. The service guys to come out within 24hrs so no complaints there. All in all I am satisfied with Maple Air. I sure hope not to have to see their service guys again! One thing we were told that they do and I really need it is a call to book and annual maintenance check. It is so easy to put off so I do want a reminder.

It is so refreshing to find and honest company. Mat came by to clean my ducts, did an inspection and said I do not need them cleaned. He also offered solution to my dust problem. I cannot rave enough about these guys. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so.

Technician I think Brian came by on a sunday morning! He was very pleasant and was very thorough and came up with great suggestions to balance the heat throughout the house. His honesty was very refreshing to see. This is the first time I had used them, and will definately continue to use them.
