Our solar power inverter wasn't working, and New Dawn was able to come and diagnose the problem. But when a new fuse wasn't enough to fix it, there was clearly more wrong in the electronics that would require a warranty repair. They were able to determine what would be involved in that with the manufacturer, and they also offered a new replacement inverter as an alternative. Since our broken inverter was almost 10 years old, we went with the new Sunny Boy inverter instead. Although it was frustrating to have our solar array offline, New Dawn staff were attentive and very helpful in getting it working again, and it was worked perfectly since.
