I can’t exactly remember what month he did the work for us but it was done last year. He was nice and very professional to deal with. My problem that I am having issue with him right now is I’ve called him around February to in regards to a getting a replacement screw for one of the shutter my kids broke. He said that he would be happy to send us a replacement for free, since it will cost us close to $100 just to have him come over and do it for us. Anyways my point is he still haven’t send us a replacement. I have tried calling him several times, I even left messages for him but his not returning any of my phone calls. Maybe through this review he will finally care to just answer my concern.

Hello Jocelyn, hope you and your family are keeping safe in this crazy time we are living in , I mailed out a bubble wrap with the clips you need via Canada post after you called in and we spoke regarding fixing the blade ,I can re-send you another package not a problem , we have been shut down since March 15 as per the Ontario government , I haven't received any messages from you ,no service, installation or sales are being done right now . I'm disappointed in that you would rate my service a 0 especially in this lockdown by the government.
