Courteous, great communication online on updates and timing, good price, amazing and kind movers themselves. This has to be one of my top 3 moves ever. Two the couches below. They put everywhere where we asked. We know time is money so had everything prepared and ready to go and be received but we changed our mind once or twice and no grumpincess just great care and customer service. Very strong moves too.

Roof was a mess. Left it too long. Alex and his crew showed up and got to work early and came back the next day and finished the work. Obviously a bit different getting work done during Covid. Didn't get face time or shake hands - we mainly communicated via text and email and phone. He was cost efficient - and looked at the roof and gave a fair quote. Contractors like Alex are why I love Homestars. You find folks that are serious about their trade and are total pro's. I had my air conditioner fixed on another account I have (not how I ended up with two HS accounts) but he came, looked at the problem and fixed it in 20 mins. As long as we keep giving real reviews and feedback we'll always be able to access the best contractors.
