Let me tell you how fortunate I am to have had Michael work on making my condo unit smart. I always thought smart blinds were expensive. I called Michael to get a feeler and, you know what, I got the best price and service with quality to boot. The automated blinds make my condo have eyes in a way. My condo can blink to my needs - by phone, time of day and by sunset/sunrise. It was an amazing investment. I can’t believe I did not do this earlier. Michael came punctually for the quotation and installs. His eye is amazing. Level of detail spot on. He is a master installer - quick and perfect. Prices are the best around after calling around some more. I got side channels installed and the blinds look like a wall when they are down. So amazing. I honestly am sad I cannot work with him anymore because. I even put a blind on the entrance to the den as a door - amazing because space is saved and function exists. Michael, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being there. Your finishing touch was amazing. I totally recommend Michael.

Rashid is so wonderful. So kind! His staff are great too. Rashid went out of the way for me. I do not drive. He picked up the parts for me three times. One time, he picked up a part with fours hours notice and had the staff member give it to me. I really bothered him, I am afraid. I called him like ten times on one day about changing my mind and, I must tell you, I thought I was going to get attitude. But no! Rashid was so understanding! Quality of work was excellent! Very timely too. Punctual as well. Friendly staff. There was one time where I thought there was a mistake. I told Rashid. He was very sympathetic. I thought it was nothing. Rashid was on his staff member. I finally realized it was me who made the mistake. It just goes to show the level of unity there is with him and his staff. I actually got Rashid and the staff member gifts for being that awesome. I have another project lined up for him. I am so excited. I know the project will be done not just smoothly, but with warmth and genuine care. Thank you Rashid!
