We hired sterling to do renovations for or office. He gave us a flat quote for the work since he had come to see the scope of what we were needing. During the work we asked if we could add some additional things to be done. He was more then happy to help and made the whole process work around us still needing to be in our office. Since then we have recommended him to a few of our clients for some of their Reno needs.
