Fantastic Company!! I have no words to describe Alon professional conduct and quality of work at great affordable price. I called , texted and emailed Alon all of my questions and he answered everyone single one them promptly. He didn't make me wait as all contractors but arrived promptly within the designated time slot. He fully explained the garage door features and price break down for me. I didn't have to wait endless for new the doors to be installed. Initially I had selected a particular window design for my garage but it wasn't available due to logistic issues. However Alon offered a better option - two window panel to compensate. In one day he removed my two old wooden garage doors and installed two new carriage garage doors. My house is transformed. Moreover he is extremely polite and well manner because he never asked to go to the bathroom. He didn't charge his cell phone in the garage. You can't find any one better than him to install new garage doors at affordable price.

Don't go call this company. I am so disappointed with them. After the plumber completed the work, there is water all the floor. The plumbing issue has worsened. I had to repeatedly call him too because he had left the site despite me giving him my credit card and authorizing the work. I am a landlord and called the plumber for my tenants. My tenants told me the evening about the plumbing issue and I called the plumber the same evening. The plumber was so chummy with the tenants telling them everything about the issue. I om a licensed technician. He told me that he fixed the plumbing issue but it is worse!!! I am so distressed!!!!

I was having difficulty finding a roofer in winter to fix my rental house roof. Luckily I encountered this company that immediately came to my assistance. The contractor promptly returned my call and promptly fix the roof in the dead of winter at a very reasonable price. I couldn't find any one better.

Excellent professional customer service. The service personnel installed the storm door with little time and ease. The storm door is superb quality. They disposed of the old storm door at no cost. Furthermore, they fixed the frame of the door. I was so concerned about two windows in which my tenants had created issues (the sliding panel re-inserted incorrected; and other window which had long screws between the two slide panels). I couldn't get any professional service to fix these two minor window issues. Imperial windows & doors fixed these issues without charging me a penny. Also they adjusted their time schedule based on my tenants' demands. I received the best customer service possible.

I highly recommend their services. They are fantastic professionals. They arrived right on time according to my and tenants time schedules. I received an excellent quote so I had everything done- air ducts, air conditioning, furnace, and dryer exhaust. They explained their work too as they performed the job which I wasn't expecting as they are on a tight schedule due to demand. At the end of the job, I smelled a refreshing fragrance of my rental property. I recommend everyone to get their air ducts cleaned from this organization.

Excellent and prompt services. The plumber had ripped open the downstairs bathroom ceiling of my rental property. I was concerned about the ceiling studs and getting the work done quickly. The trades people came promptly and reassured me They repaired the ceiling, added additional studs and painted the ceiling. Moreover they added new drywall on the wall and painted the entire bathroom. Highly professional work was performed at a relatively low price. I will be certainly calling them for future work. I highly recommend the company.
